He does look very humanoid. Although that probably wasn't Lovecraft's original design it would still look cool as hell if you did a full-body of this.

Just as I was thinking about doing Cthulhu, I find you have done it as well. Very nice man. You really get some of that feeling that Lovecraft was trying to put across through his writing. If I had to have a critique, it would be that it is almost a little too humanoid for a Lovecraft creature.
